Fourth & Hope: UX/UI for Social Impact

Overview:
Fourth & Hope is a nonprofit dedicated to housing and recovery services for the homeless. I collaborated with a team of seven through #Include at UC Davis to redesign the Fourth & Hope website and mobile app. Using Figma, we created a user-friendly design tailored to their needs, incorporating feedback from the Fourth & Hope team and usability testing to improve accessibility and functionality.

Key Contributions:

• Redesigned website and app wireframes for improved clarity and trust

• Conducted user research to understand pain points of real users

• Iterated based on client feedback and usability testing

• Presented final product at #Include’s Winter Showcase
